【課題】各種工業製品、特に自動車の外板に適用できる透明性が高く、さらさらとした触感に優れた艶消し塗膜を形成可能な塗料組成物及び塗膜形成方法を提供する。 【解決手段】重量平均分子量が20,000〜60,000の範囲内であるアクリル樹脂、メラミン樹脂、及び硬化触媒を含む塗料組成物であって、硬化塗膜に基づいて、20μmの膜厚となるように塗装された塗膜の平均動摩擦係数(MIU)が0.05〜0.2の範囲内、動摩擦係数平均偏差(MMD)が0.005〜0.015の範囲内、凹凸幅が10〜50μm、の範囲内である塗料組成物。 【選択図】なし
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition capable of forming a matte coated film with high transparency capable of being applied to various industrial products, especially an outside plate of an automobile and excellent dry touch feeling, and a coated film forming method.SOLUTION: There is provided a coating composition containing an acryl resin having weight average molecular weight in a range of 20,000 to 60,000, a melamine resin and a curing catalyst and having average dynamic friction coefficient (MIU) of a coated film by coating with a film thickness of 20 μm based on a curing coated film in a range of 0.05 to 0.2, dynamic friction coefficient average deviation (MMD) in a range of 0.005 to 0.015 and rugged width in a range of 10 to 50 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
