Abstract

【課題】内燃機関からの油圧のみをもって環境変化の影響を受けることなく適切な吐出量制御に供する可変容量形オイルポンプを提供する。 【解決手段】内燃機関より導かれるメインギャラリ圧としての制御圧に基づきカムリング15に対して複数のポンプ室PRの容積変化量が減少する同心方向の付勢力の発生に供する第1制御油室31と、前記制御圧に基づきカムリング15に対して複数のポンプ室PRの容積変化量が増大する偏心方向の付勢力の発生に供する第2制御油室32との間に、それぞれ第1、第2制御油室31,32に対して隔成され、かつ相互に対向して配置され、吐出ポート22aから導かれるポンプ吐出圧に基づき前記同心方向の付勢力の発生に供する第1吐出室36及び該第1吐出室36に対向して設けられ前記偏心方向の付勢力の発生に供する第2吐出室37を設けた。 【選択図】図2
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable capacity type oil pump in which only hydraulic pressure from an internal combustion engine is appropriately applied for a control of discharged amount without being influenced by variation in environment.SOLUTION: Between a first control oil chamber 31 applied for an occurrence of biasing force in a concentric direction where a capacity varying amount of a plurality of pump chambers PR is decreased in respect to a cam ring 15 on the basis of a control pressure acting as a main gallery pressure fed from an internal combustion engine and a second control oil chamber 32 applied for an occurrence of biasing force in an eccentric direction where a capacity varying amount of the plurality of pump chambers PR is increased in respect to the cam ring 15 on the basis of the control pressure, are arranged a first discharging chamber 36 and a second discharging chamber 37 which are partitioned in respect to the first and the second control oil chambers 31, 32, respectively, and oppositely arranged to each other. The first discharging chamber is applied for occurrence of biasing force in a concentric direction on the basis of a pump discharging pressure fed from a discharging port 22a, and the second discharging chamber is provided opposite the first discharging chamber 36 and applied for occurrence of biasing force in an eccentric direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
